I bring 11 years of HR experience in banking, where I worked across four departments, gaining valuable insights into team dynamics. Additionally, my seven years in educational services reinforced the importance of each team member's role. I've also spent seven years running my own daycare business, and working in the wine and healthcare industries—each experience adding depth to my understanding of team building.
